Ingredients
– 6 large eggs
– 1 cup egg whites
– 1/2 lb breakfast sausage (or turkey sausage)
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese
– 4 large tortillas
– Salt & pepper to taste

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp hot sauce
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– Pinch of salt

Instructions
1. Cook sausage in a pan over medium heat until browned.
2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and egg whites together.
